Smoke Club Access from the Marbella Area

Marbella covers a wide stretch of coast, and how long it takes to reach Weed Club Fuengirola depends a good deal on which part of it you start from. This page compares the routes from the main Marbella neighbourhoods so there are no surprises before you travel.

From central Marbella, the drive east to Fuengirola on the A-7 usually takes 25 to 35 minutes, longer through the town centre at peak times. From Puerto Banús or San Pedro de Alcántara, further west, allow closer to 35 to 45 minutes. From Elviria or Calahonda, on the eastern edge of the Marbella municipality, the trip can be as short as 15 to 20 minutes.

None of these routes involve a train — the Cercanías C-1 line reaches Fuengirola from the east via Torremolinos and Benalmádena, but it does not extend west into Marbella at all. Every journey from the Marbella area is by car, bus or taxi.

Wherever you start from, the club itself works the same way: a private, non-commercial association with in-person registration, valid photo ID, and no public listing of its exact location. Distance from Marbella changes the journey, not the process.

For anyone weighing up whether the trip is worth it, most members say the deciding factor is less about minutes on the road and more about wanting somewhere calm and private rather than another Marbella venue built around being seen.
