Privacy policy

What we collect

This website has no contact form, no account system and no analytics or advertising trackers. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us: the phone number and message content attached to a WhatsApp message, or the address and content of an email you send us.

Why we use it

We use it only to answer your enquiry and, if you go on to join, to administer your membership of the association. We do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing.

WhatsApp and email

Messages sent through WhatsApp are also processed by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd under its own privacy policy, and emails by your and our email providers. Please do not send sensitive personal information through either channel.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry. Membership records are kept for as long as you are a member of the association, and afterwards only where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or to object to processing. Write to billbur989@gmail.com and we will respond. You may also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD.
